(Desloratadine)




COMPOSITION

Each coated tablet contains desloratadine 5 mg.

THERAPEUTIC INDICATIONS

- Symptoms of seasonal allergic rhinitis (sneezing, nasal discharge, itch, nasal abstraction, eye itch, lacrimation, red eyes and eye inflammatory; itch in palate).
- Chronic idiopathic urticaria (eruption, skin pruritus).

CONTRAINDICATIONS

- Hypersensitivity to the ingredients of the medication.
- Pregnancy, nursing mothers.

ADVERSE EFECTS

Possible side effects are the following: headache, seldom asthenia and fatigability, dry mouth.
Very seldom – headache, nausea.

DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION

Adults and children 12 years of age and over the recommended dose is one 5mg (1 tablet) once daily without regard to meals. Tablet should be swallowed whole, not chewing, administrating with little quantity of water.
It is recommended to take at the same time daily.

DRUG INTERACTIONS

In controlled clinical studies no drug interaction observed that influenced on safety or efficacy of desloratadine.

MANUFACTURED FORM

Film coated tablets 5 mg. 10 tablets in blister in carton box.
